Hi there, let me tell you a little about myself and the fitness journey I live.
Sports have always been my passion. Since an early age I have been a part of every school athletic event possible. I started competing in the regional and national track and field events, then continued training and competing in college at my home country Ukraine.
After graduating I traveled to the US where I found my fate. Now I'm married and a mom of two beautiful children who influenced me to pursue my dreams and enjoy what I do.
With 8 years of experience and my continuing education I'm certified in several specializations. Once I learned the science of body movement, I began working out with a plan, paying attention to nutrition I started seeing my own amazing results shortly after my pregnancy. I realized I can help others transform their body to look healthy and fit as well.
Since then, I helped many men and women achieve their goals and overcome obstacles. Because I truly believe everyone can become better versions of themselves mentally and physically.
