8-week Home Bodyweight / No Equipment Program

Beginner Program! No equipment required! Become fit by working out at home. Build strength and cardiovascular fitness with this bodyweight-only program.


Program lasts 8 weeks and includes:


  • two 4-week training plans with progressive level of difficulty;
  • 3 workout routines per week;
  • stretching included for best muscle recovery;
  • cardio days to increase cardiovascular endurance;
  • after month 1, the movements become slightly more complex, get introduced to some new exercises to keep it motivating and interesting;
  • assessments at the start, week 5, and upon completion of week 8;
  • nutrition support through custom meal plan;
  • trainer support and guidance.

  • 3 workouts (full body - squat & push; full body - deadlift & pull; full body - lunges, abs, & accessories) split over the week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday respectively;
  • stretching included for best muscle recovery;
  • assessments at the start, week 5, and upon completion of week 8;
  • progression followed after first 4 weeks to reach your strength goals;

About Svitlana

Hi there, let me tell you a little about myself and the fitness journey I live.


Sports have always been my passion. Since an early age I have been a part of every school athletic event possible. I started competing in the regional and national track and field events, then continued training and competing in college at my home country Ukraine.


After graduating I traveled to the US where I found my fate. Now I'm a mom of two beautiful children who influenced me to pursue my dreams and enjoy what I do.


With 7 years of experience and my continuing education I'm certified in several specializations. Once I learned the science of body movement, I began working out with a plan, paying attention to nutrition I started seeing my own amazing results shortly after my pregnancy. I realized I can help others transform their body to look healthy and fit as well.


Since then, I helped many men and women achieve their goals and overcome obstacles. Because I truly believe everyone can become better versions of themselves mentally and physically.
